1. Open run command bye pressing window button + R
2. Write %temp%
3. Delete all files and folders
4. Skip those which does not get deleted
5. Open chrome incognito window
6. Delete history
7. Connect hotspot shield
8. Open YouTube

9. Search video
10. Play video
11. Open new tabs and play other videos
12. Click on ad of any video
13. Visit new site for 2 to 3 minutes
14. Close all tabs after that
15. Close chrome and hotspot shield
16. Repeat all steps.

You can install CCleaner and skip step 1-4 and just start from step 5. But then again you will have to run it every time before opening chrome.
